Baseball season is finally here and the weather is perfect for an outdoor celebration. We put together this sporty party featuring our Baseball Bat eco-friendly, recycling activity stickers. This large sign was designed and then printed at our local print shop and mounted on foam core. It served as our centerpiece. We placed lots of peanuts in a clear bowl for decoration and snacks. And had a vintage tin bucket filled with Cracker Jacks. Wiffle balls are way more kid-friendly than the real thing (more laughing, less crying). And, we served up hot dogs for some major league nosh.
For our party activity, we took pics of the kids and assembled DIY Baseball cards. We got lots of goofy faces…we’re big fans of silliness!
The Baseball Bats made festive table decoration and party favors for the take-home goodie bags.
And, we couldn’t resist making these homemade baseball butter cookies.
Here’s a recap of our fun-filled day.

Today was Super Saturday at Nordstrom Scottsdale Fashion Square and we were thrilled to be invited to craft with the kids. We repurposed empty toilet paper rolls into Sharks, Octopuses and Footballs with our ecofriendly recycling craft stickers. They make the perfect stocking stuffers and are light-weight, battery-free, noise-free travel toys – a creative and inexpensive way to engage and occupy the kids during the holidays! Now that’s JOY!Seven Box Play for Kids sticker styles available at select Nordstrom stores.
Activity stickers with interactive and learning components.
Sweet mom and son duo!
The kids also colored elves and participated in a scavenger hunt.
My little loyal helper by my side
Thanks, Michelle, for inviting us to host an event at Nordstrom! We had so much fun.
It’s that time of year again when my husband goes into high gear football mode. I still don’t get it but what’s a girl to do? I say…if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em! We put together a sporty tailgate party fit for a team of fun-loving kiddos (and their parents).
First, what’s a tailgate party without a tailgate? We created a DIY pennant using felt and twine. We threw in a cooler full of ice water, fresh fruit for healthy snacking…
and a bucket of DIY footballs made with empty toilet paper rolls and our very own Football stickers. We stuffed them with gold football t-shirts. The combo makes the perfect party favor and party activity.
Here’s our adorable 2 1/2 year old athlete in training wearing his new t-shirt.
We created a crafting station to keep the kids (big and small) entertained.
And had perfect weather for Sunday Funday. GO TEAM!!!
